YOU MIGHT BE SURPRISED...

Snakes make

really good pets.

Ball pythons are quiet, fascinating, don't need daily walks, and can thrive in relatively compact spaces with the right setup.

They're also incredibly misunderstood.

If you've always thought snakes were scary, difficult, or only for hardcore reptile people, we'd love to change your mind.

You don't need to know what a het is. You don't need to understand 100 different morphs. We'll help you understand what you actually need, choose a snake that fits your experience level, prepare your enclosure, and know what to expect when your new snake arrives.

Questions are always welcome

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE SNAKES

Hi. We're Ghost.

And yes, our lives pretty much revolve around snakes.

Ghost Constrictors is a family-run ball python breeder in South Georgia built around a simple idea:

A snake should feel like a pet, not a product code.

We love the genetics, breeding projects, hatch days, and all the nerdy stuff that comes with raising ball pythons. But we also believe you shouldn't need a genetics degree to find an incredible pet. So we're doing things a little differently. We raise healthy, captive-bred ball pythons, get to know them as individuals, and give you the information and support you need to confidently bring one home.

We raise the snakes. We help you find the pet.

Fantastic Breeder & Beautiful, Healthy Python

This was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had searching for, purchasing, and bringing home a new pet! The website was clear, current, and easy to navigate, with some of the fairest prices we found for hand-raised pythons. The owners were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all of our questions throughout the process.

Our new little guy, “Neil DeGrasse Python” (aka Neil), arrived safe and sound and in excellent health. He has blended seamlessly into our family, and our 8-year-old daughter has been able to actively participate in caring for him, which has made the experience even more special.

We couldn’t be happier with Neil or with our experience and would highly recommend Ghost Constrictors to anyone looking to add a python to their family!

I honestly can’t say enough great things about

I honestly can’t say enough great things about our experience with Ghost Constrictors. This has been the most exciting, positive, and rewarding experience I have been a part of. From the first email interaction, answering endless questions from me, educating, to continued check ins about our progress, and everything in between has been so amazing. They care! They truly care about their animals and guiding and supporting new keepers, such as myself. We are absolutely in love with our girl, Lyra! You can tell she’s been well socialized with kids and she has shown ZERO signs of distress during handling sessions with my children ( ages 10 and 15). She has been acclimating so well, eats like a champ, had her first shed with us and has been the most amazing addition to our home! I appreciate you guys so much! Thank you for such a positive and rewarding experience!

Total Game Changer!

I have a few snake racks, both ARS & FB and always hated how I'd need to get a chair to see what my thermostats said. Now with these nifty holders I can easily view them from the ground and they keep things nicely organized. Plus assembly was super easy! Highly recommend these!
