At Ghost Constrictors, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service and flexibility, every time. To that end, we have prepared this detailed shipping policy to ensure you understand our practices and procedures.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35.00. 
  • Live Animal Shipping: All live animals are shipped via FedEx overnight at an additional cost. Please note all live animal deliveries must be held at your local FedEx hub.
  • Frozen Feeder Shipping: All frozen feeders ship overnight via FedEx at an additional cost. 

Handling Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • All live animal shipments are shipped on Tuesdays for Wednesday pickup. We will not ship any other days of the week. 
  • Most orders placed after 12:00pm CST will be processed the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Transit Times

  • Standard Shipping: Please allow 2 to 10 business days for delivery.
  • Overnight Shipping: For overnight shipping, your order will arrive within 1 to 2 business days.

Change of Address

  • Changes to your order address are possible before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us at hello@ghostconstrictors.com as soon as possible to update your details.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order. Please contact our customer service team at hello@ghostconstrictors.com to cancel your order. All order cancellations are subject to a 30% processing fee.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify your order. 

Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately at hello@ghostconstrictors.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
  • Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to assist with our claims process.
