Fantastic Breeder & Beautiful, Healthy Python

This was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had searching for, purchasing, and bringing home a new pet! The website was clear, current, and easy to navigate, with some of the fairest prices we found for hand-raised pythons. The owners were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all of our questions throughout the process.

How does shipping work?

We ship live animals by FedEx Priority Overnight on Tuesdays for Wednesday arrival, weather permitting.

Ball pythons priced at $150 or more include free overnight shipping unless otherwise stated.

For the safety of your snake, our standard shipping method is delivery to an approved FedEx pickup location. You can check out using your home address, and we’ll help confirm the correct pickup location before your snake ships.

Need your snake delivered directly to your home? We may be able to accommodate residential delivery on a case-by-case basis, depending on your location, weather conditions, and the safety of the shipment. Contact us before shipping and we’ll work with you to determine the best option.
Is live arrival guaranteed?

Yes. Your snake is covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee when our shipping and pickup requirements are followed.

If there is ever a problem at pickup, contact us immediately so we can help.
Do you offer a health guarantee?

Yes. We offer a limited 48-hour Health Guarantee. We only ship animals that appear healthy and ready for travel.

Health concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and are subject to the documentation requirements, exclusions, and remedies contained in our Terms.
Are the genetics guaranteed?

Genetics are identified in good faith based on the information available to us, including visual identification, parentage, breeding records, and third-party testing when available.

Visually identified dominant and incomplete-dominant traits are not guaranteed. Recessive traits and 100% heterozygous traits identified through parentage or breeding records are represented based on those records and the information reasonably available to us at the time of sale. Possible heterozygous traits are probabilities only and are not guaranteed.

When third-party genetic or shed testing is referenced, we guarantee only that we have accurately reported the result provided to us by the testing provider; the testing provider is responsible for the accuracy of its testing.

Can I return my snake?

Live-animal sales are final except for the limited remedies expressly provided under our applicable guarantees or as required by law.

Please contact us immediately if you believe there is a qualifying Live Arrival, Health, Sex, or other issue. Never ship an animal back to Ghost Constrictors without written authorization.
Is this the exact snake I will receive?

Yes. Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, the snake shown in the photos is the exact snake you are purchasing.

We do not use representative photos for individually listed Ghost Constrictors ball pythons.
What is this snake currently eating?

The feeding information shown on this product page reflects what this individual snake is currently eating.

Every available snake is feeding consistently before being listed.

Ball pythons can occasionally skip meals after shipping or while adjusting to a new environment, so continued feeding after arrival cannot be guaranteed.
What happens after I order?

Once your order is placed, the snake is reserved for you and removed from available inventory.

We’ll confirm your shipping information, weather conditions, FedEx pickup location, and shipping date before sending your snake Priority Overnight.

You’ll receive tracking and pickup instructions once the shipment is on the way.
Can I use a payment plan?

Payment options may be available through Shop Pay at checkout for eligible purchases.

Available terms and approval are determined by the payment provider and will be shown during checkout.

For select animals, in-house payment arrangements may also be available. Contact us before ordering if you would like to discuss one.
What if my snake will not eat after arrival?

It is not unusual for a ball python to skip a meal while adjusting to a new enclosure or after shipping.

If your snake does not eat, reach out before making major husbandry changes or attempting assisted feeding. We’re happy to help troubleshoot enclosure setup, temperatures, humidity, prey size, and feeding routine.
Do you offer support after my snake arrives?

Absolutely.

Our support does not end at delivery. If you have questions about feeding, enclosure setup, temperatures, humidity, shedding, handling, behavior, or general care, reach out anytime.
